Becoming a Pemberton Farms Loyalty member is free, easy, and offers you all-new, all-awesome deals and rewards! As a Pemberton Farms Loyalty member, earn points on all eligible purchases ,1 points for every dollar spent. To join Pemby's Rewards is simple, stop by at any register and ask any of our cashier to help you set up your account, is free! Our go to our website and fill the form online and you will receive an email confirmation with your ID member number.
One point will be awarded for each whole dollar spent on eligible/qualifying grocery. For example, if you spend $5.00 at Pemberton Farms Marketplace while using a Pemby's account, you will earn 5 points. Pemby's Points can use towards your next transaction.
Eligible/qualifying purchases exclude: (1) catering; (2) gift certificates, (3) Bottle/container deposits, (4) sales discounts, and other tax payments, fees, and other charges, and (5) Garden Center/Green House, (Gift Baskets) (6) Beer, Wine, and Liquor, if applicable, are not purchases and are not eligible to earn points.
Grocery Rewards earned during each calendar month do not expire.
You can track your points and Rewards balance by reviewing the receipt from your most recent purchase. You will be able to see used point, accrued, balance and totals. If you are not sure please contact customer service at dennis@pembertonfarms.com and provide you account number, first and last name or phone number.
In the event of a return/exchange of any eligible/qualifying purchase that initially earned points, such points will be deducted automatically from the Pemby's account that was used for the eligible purchase (whether the account number is presented at the time of return and/or exchange). Points will be deducted at the same rate as they were earned.
Upon the return and/or exchange of products awarded through the redemption of points, all redeemed points will be forfeited.
Points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash. Points cannot be assigned, exchanged, traded, bartered, purchased, donate or given by gift or otherwise sold or transferred. Any points so acquired will be void.

Pemby's Reward program is a free customer loyalty program offered by Pemberton Farms Marketplace that allows the participants of the Program (“Program Members”) to receive deals on groceries, earn points on all eligible purchases, redeem Rewards for discounts on groceries, and more! No purchase is required to become a Program Member. By enrolling in, using or continuing to use the Program, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Terms of Use.
- MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS/ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
Multiple Pemby's accounts can be linked together within a household. When such accounts are linked, the same Program offers will be received, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable offers. If you want to link or unlink your Pemby's accounts, please contact our Customer Service Center or send an e-mail to pembysreward@pembertonfarms.com
If a Program Member’s account number is used by any other person, all points relating to purchases made by such other person will be credited to the Program Member’s account.
Using multiple accounts to exceed limits on offers and promotions is not permitted. If we determine that a Program Member has abused any of the Program’s privileges, fails to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions, or makes any misrepresentation to us, we may, in our sole discretion, take such actions as we deem appropriate, including, without limitation, suspending such Pemberton Farms Loyalty Member’s privileges under the Program, revoking any or all of the points in such Program Member’s account, and/or revoking the Program Member’s participation in the Program, in each case, with or without advance notice to such Program Member and without liability to Pemberton Farms Marketplace.
