These terrific wines of the month are on sale now, just in time for the holidays.
The Pinot Project, Pinot Noir ‘15 (Regularly $15.99, Sale Price $12.99)
The Pinot Project was conceived by Nathan Skurnik, son of the famous wine importer Michael Skurnik. The entire focus is to create a high quality yet affordable Pinot Noir for the domestic market, and these guys did a hell of a job. 100% Pinot Noir, you’ll find no Syrah or Zinfandel blended into this wine. Ripe red cherry, juicy cranberry, and bright strawberry flavors are present immediately. The finish is long with a touch of spice and great complexity. High quality juice at an even better price!
Jean-Marc Burgaud, Beaujolais Village Thulon ‘15 (Regularly $14.99, Sale Price $11.99)
It’s that “turkey wine” time of year again and instead of going to the usual Beaujolais Nouveau, try this wine instead. Jean-Marc Burgaud is famous for his Cru Beaujolais and his Village level is no exception when it comes to quality. Ripe, juicy, and round, I get lots of dark cherry and black currant. The wine has nice silky integrated tannins and a slight herbaceous quality to it.
Trimbach, Pinot Blanc‘15 (Regularly $17.99, Sale Price $11.99)
Coming from the most famous winery in Alsace, this 100% Pinot Blanc is bright, clean, and crisp. Tons of white peach, apricot, and honeysuckle are complimented by a touch of citrus, crisp green apples, and a beautiful mineral content. Chill down and drink immediately.
Enjoy these and many other wines at Pemberton Farms, always 20% if you buy a case or more. For ordering or more information, contact our wine manager, Mike Abbate at firstname.lastname@example.org.
