We’re happy to introduce our Wine of the Month program where we feature several seasonal wines and you automatically receive a 15% discount* on each bottle.
Our November wines of the month were inspired by Fall weather and Thanksgiving gatherings.
2009 Giuseppe Mascarello Freisa, Langhe, Piedmont, Italy: The epitome of fall in a glass. Light on its feet with juicy red fruits, pretty autumnal aromatics, earth, spice and a firm back bone. $21.99 (Reg: $25.99)
2013 Domaine de l’Aumonier Rose, Touraine, Loire Valley, France: $12.99 (Reg: $14.99) When you need to pair wine with a wide variety of dishes like you do at Thanksgiving, Rose is up to the task. l’Aumonier’s is super pretty and reminiscent of tart cherry, ripe strawberry and a hint of white pepper. Organic.
2009 Villa Maria Cellar Selection Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand: $16.99 (Reg: $19.99) Villa Maria is a staple Sauvignon Blanc around here, but if you’re looking to step it up a notch for the holidays, look to their Cellar Selection. They use higher quality fruit to produce a Sauvignon Blanc with a bit more richness and depth, better for cooler weather and food pairing.
