Cheese-Making Basics featuring Mozzarella

Join us for this hour-long workshop wherein we transform an ordinary gallon of milk into a delicious cheese that we’ll be eating at the end of class! Presented by our friends at Modern Home Emporium but located at Pemberton Farms in the greenhouse. All are welcome!
